If we have cancelled your order, this is usually because a product has just sold out or due to a warehouse error during packing.
Your selected products could be very popular and it can be the case that a certain product sells out just before you place your order. In rare cases, the stock level cannot be updated in our system quickly enough, and this means that some orders have to be cancelled.
If the products are still shown on the website, you can try to place a new order. When the sold-out products are available again, these products are not automatically sent. Instead, a new order must be placed.
Sold-out products are not included on the invoice and the relevant amount is automatically reimbursed via the payment method you used originally.
